Opel Manta A
series Berlinetta by Mark Kinnon

Overview
Introduced in October 1972, the Berlinetta was designed
to appeal to those seeking the ultimate in Manta A series
luxury.
It had the 1.9S engine, a vinyl roof, a sunroof (Webasto
or steel), nylon cloth upholstery, sports wheels,
headrests, driver's door mirror, rubber strips on the
bumper, and a rev counter instead of a clock.
The cloth interiors are highly prone to sun damage and
excessive wear; frequently they are replaced with plain
black vinyl SR or Deluxe interiors.
