Manta Spring Clean by Greg
Walker
When the hard
white morning frosts have abated and the yet dormant and
furled green leaves of spring are awaiting in abeyance
there is a stillness in the air, a sense of anticipation
and expectation.
A glance at
that brooding snarling and demanding beast known as Manta
is enough to dispel the last vestige of dark dreary damp
and wasteful winter days away, and goads and galvanises
one into creative Manta acts.
Power hose
those grubby Mantas down. Remove all that cloying
clinging crud from around the inaccessible areas, for if
this is left to fester it will surely continue to pester.
Why, isn't
that the first crocus and warbling bird on the wing this
spring?
Lost in Manta
maintenance, the days and weeks will really fly until the
soft caress of sparkling morning dews saturate those
slickly polished monocoque Mantas again, and the Manta
will once more move up among broad sunlit uplands and
reign supreme for yet another year.
